To begin voice chatting, turn on your microphone by tapping the microphone button, and then begin talking. A speaking icon will appear above your character's head while voice chat is in use.

 

When you are in a Public hub, you can only hear and talk to users that are following you, and that you have followed. When you are in a Private or Home hub, you are able to hear and talk to any other user that is in the hub.
